Maybe Prabhas is successful in his industry but Babouli had many other factors for the movie success beside him. Since he was the leading actor he got more recognition, you only need one movie to become a well known actor at all sectors & Babouli was that for Prabhas.

For Prabhas to charge that amount in different industry he needs to prove himself in BW, can hike his fee in his industry that he belongs too.

Even after a success rate like that , if Varun doesn't deserve huge pay , I dunnu what else to say .
He gets the results at BO unlike stars , he deserves and should get such amount .
And for Prabhas , I haven't even heard his voice ..it was Bahubali the film for me , not the actor .As in Hindi version his voice was dubbed , I don't think i'll be able to see him in a Hindi movie .

Prabhas highest grosser after Bahubali series is Mirchi with worldwide GROSS 89 crs. Off course he's more famous after Bahubai series. Mahesh Babu Pawan Kalyan Allu Arjun NTR Jr ares still bigger stars than him in Telugu industry. Let Saaho release and we shall see if it out gross above mentioned star in Telugu region first. Bahubali was an once in a life time thing for him. Rajnikant's Robot with Aish was dubbed and released in Hindi, 23 crores lifetime total same with Kabali. Ajith,Vijay are such huge stars down south, recent release Mersel had a massive weekend don't you wonder why it was not released in Hindi region? Yeah they're aware it ain't worth it. BKD WW 197 JUdwaa 204 if Varun still doesn't deserve some hike i don't think he ever will.

Like I replied above, his last film was one of the biggest hits in Telugu Industry. Despite being at his peak, he gave 5 years. So check that. He's got the box office pull in Industry from masses(having that huge cutout), lady fan following, and families too. Not that there ain't other stars, there are very big stars down here and he I one among them.

And FYI, his general pay down south is 20Cr. He didn't even raise it and I don't see a reason for him to reduce it.

How much should Rana Dugubati charge then if Prabhas is charging so much for his debut movie in Hindi. Rana clearly outshined Prabhas in BB.
