Pikachu - Having 100% success rate actually means that he has a definite fanbase who goes to watch his every movie. Prabhas is known all over India for only Bahubali. He has equal number of disaster, flop, below average in his career as Hit, Semi-Hit, Avg and BB/ATBBs. He is definitely a BIG star now, but outside TW I doubt who will watch his regular movies if it's not a BB franchise. While moving from 1 industry to the other, one cannot demand equal pay since there is no guaranteed base audience yet.

I found that in this forum there are 2 actors that will never get the recognition they deserve is Aamir Khan and now Varun for their ability to pull audience to theater or that they can be successful on their own.

I did not even know Prabhas until Babouli which I find overrated and found some of the scenes in the movie unintentionally hilarious. Also would have not know who he is if had not visited online forums.

But right now he is in huge demand, so i say let him cash on the success of bahubali franchise and besides i think it was his way of rejecting kjo's movie 😆

He is a household name in India now. My father wouldnt know who varun is but he knows who prabhas is, thanks to bahubali. And it is the tendency of people to call everything overrated 😆

Just because your father would not know that does not mean Varun is not known in India. I found it overrated as some of the scenes in the movie were OTT.

No many people from the older generation who do not visit online platforms that much do not know of many young actors name and that's the truth. Even actors like rk and rs who are more recognised than varun, would not be known by some. I was just mentioning the kind of craze bahubali and due to it, prabhas enjoyed. And he was average in part 1, but he had a huge improvement in part 2 which was a good thing, he wasnt OTT at all in the second movie 😃

just because you didnt know prabhas other than forums also does not mean people don't know him in India! Silly to see people comparing prabhas with varun, prabhas is miles ahead in everything but as usual bollywood forum does not give credit to a movie for not being from bollywood.. Prabhas, baahubali, devasena are household names in india.

I am talking about myself there was no need for an attack, why should I not compare after all Varun is right now successful in BW. As I am more familiar with BW actors/actresses so will talk about them and give them their success in India.

Maybe Prabhas is successful in his industry but Babouli had many other factors for the movie success beside him. Since he was the leading actor he got more recognition, you only need one movie to become a well known actor at all sectors & Babouli was that for Prabhas.

For Prabhas to charge that amount in different industry he needs to prove himself in BW, can hike his fee in his industry that he belongs too.
