The media at the time was really keen on showing that SRK was finished and Hrithik was the new superstar. It was so bad that Gauri used to rip pages out of newspapers and hide magazines while SRK was asleep so he wouldn't have to look at all the nastiness when he woke up.

This has always happened with SRK whenever anyone gets any success. The media used to try to do all this 'srk is over' stuff even with the most random people like Nana Patekar. They do it every time someone new comes or some other guys gets a hit movie.

In the end, SRK always comes out on top eventually. Only the challengers keep changing. 😆

He has earned the right to make his dreams a reality even if things don't work out as planned.. Numbers, failure, success is all temporary anyways.. What matters is he gets to do what he has always wanted and if its making G2, I, as a fan support that decision without question

It just find it funny people spend so much time calling actors arrogant while arrogantly giving advice about something they really have no clue about to people who are experts in their fields. Don't do this, don't do that, do this subject movie, don't do this subject, your PR is wrong, your promos are wrong, it should be done this way or that way... give me a break.
