^Gauri, Karan Johar, and some friends had gone to a movie screening. It was apparently produced by Pritish Nandy's daughter and she insulted them and didn't let them in. I think rude things were said. Not sure about the details.

Pritish Nandy's company was sponsoring the awards show which SRK was supposed to attend. He was furious and basically shut down the whole awards show. He wouldn't attend and most of BW also pulled out to support him. It got cancelled.

I think the TV channel still needed a show so they turned it into a concert instead with new sponsors and kicked out Nandy. SRK and company attended. 😆
