I watched this movie yesterday... And what can I say about this is its one of the most sweet and innocent movie I have watched in recent years. Everyone should and must watch this one. It's sensitive and affects you to the core. Carry a box of tissues. Kudos to the whole team of SS. Pleassseee watch this movie with your family!

In Mumbai night shows have shown good occupancy.In Bengaluru it's excellent with most of the shows going housefull.In Chennai too most of the shows have gone housefull.Hyderabad it has shown good occupancy...

#SecretSuperstar 3.5/5 on the downside the story falters a bit in the 2nd half with a very predictable climax. Still a great and enjoyable.

Just caught SECRET SUPERSTAR... best described as a lovely and sweet film. The serious topics such as domestic violence aside, I enjoyed how this movie put across the power of dreams... like Meher Vij (Zaira's mother) says in the end of the movie, what's the point of seeing dreams if we can't complete them? Such a simple movie but made me walk out feeling emotionally satisfied! 👍🏼

The acting is top notch, Zaira acted extremely well as a teenager and her chemistry with Chintan was likeable. Meher Vij also did a great job as Zaira's mother, Guddu and Dadi were also good. The father was pretty scary so kudos to Raj Aryan for doing his job well. Aamir had my whole family in chuckles with his Anil Kapoor / Anu Malik impersonation - he really must have had a blast shooting this movie considering how a lot of the dialogues sounded like Aamir was talking about himself instead of Shakti Kumar 😆.

Yes the movie isn't flawless, it does drag in some parts, and to be honest the songs aren't great apart from Main Kaun Hoon and Ammi, but I didn't feel bored at all... the movie was able to connect across for sure, I guess the WOM is pretty good as I haven't seen a full theater in 2nd weekend for an offbeat film like this one in a long time. Give it a watch, you won't be disappointed 👍🏼

ok...came back from the movie just now...what an amazing movie...OMG..

First of all...the people who are yelling that this is an Aamir Khan movie...please go and watch it...There is hardly any focus on Aamir Khan..He is there for may be 20-25 mins in the whole movie...Insia and her Mom are the main two stars of this movie..

The theater was atleast 80% full..

The movie is so well made , not a dull moment in the whole movie...there were so many cute moments in the movie and so many emotionally charged ones...

Zaira will be the next big thing in BW with so much talent if she handles her career with care.

The supporting cast , especially Chintan were also too goo...the moments between Chintan and Insia were adorable...so glad that they were age appropriate...and there was this awkwardness between them...very sweet..

Insia's Mom was a treat to watch...She was the real star of the movie...such a good actor..I hope she gets much more work..

There were so many funny moments too..especially Aamir's character..he was hilarious..

Kudos to Aamir...this man is a magician..I mean who can believe that this man played a 55 year old Dad to grown up girls not even an year back and here he is playing, a pompous, egoist, ill mannered singer who no one wants to work with😆...such a versatile actor...he is beyond amazing⭐️

The movie is definitely worth watching...you won't regret it..
