Joss Whedon is no Brad Pitt or Will Smith at the time were they also were at the peak of their career. Regarding The movie Aish was rumored to do with Meryl Streep, it was the remake of the French movie Chaos (2001) which was a pretty big thing.

Joss Whedon can't be compared to a Brad Pitt or a Will Smith I'm afraid.

It's very good for Priyanka if she gets to star in She-Hulk. Let's see how it'll fare.

Why are you comparing Joss to Brad and Will? It's the role of Wonder Woman (2006) vs "the girl from Hitch." Also the current Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot, was in Fast and Furious. Being considered, rumours, shelved films, actors wanting to work with them means nothing. Those aren't accomplishments, the actual work you do are. Even Ryan Reynolds says he wants to work with Priyanka, follows her on Twitter and numerous other people as well... does that really mean anything? I don't think so

Honestly, I don't really care about Priyanka so I wouldn't know what's up with her career lol.

Gal Gadot being cast in Fast and Furious doesn't mean much. When one sees the shortlist of Wonder Woman, it's obvious they weren't looking for some star to play the role.

Ryan Reynolds is no big feat either. Hollywood tried so hard to make him happen it had to end up paying off in end at least.

Aishwarya would never have made it big in Hollywood. She can't act and it's all over when she opens her mouth. The only way she could've been successful was if she went the sexy pin-up route and she never wanted to do any of the snogging or sex scenes so obviously Hollywood wouldn't have any roles for her. I know her PR keeps saying she refused the role, but it could also be her asking for a non-snog role and they refused to give her one because they were only prepared to offer her sexual, eye candy roles.

Thank goodness she never made it. Off screen, when she opens her mouth she talks and giggles like an airhead. The few interviews she did do, are beyond embarrassing.

I cannot help but compare her interviews to Priyanka, notwithstanding the accent that throws up confusion for many people, Priyanka is one of the best (amongst Indian actors) at English interviews.

^^Completely agree with you on PC but not Ash. Ash is anything but an airhead. 😆 Her giggling can be annoying though but after I heard Jacqueline's CONSTANT giggling I just wanted to run to watch Ash giggle, lol. I also love Ash so I might be biased 😆 But I doubt she would've been an airhead even when I disliked her.

Good on the manager. Aishwarya got lucky,thank god. The manager seems black and from what I know about black women ( I have several black friends) they are very protective and fierce and would call a spade a spade. Black women know systematic abuse like no other and they would never let another woman be a victim of it if they can help it. Bravo!

Ash is very intelligent. I don't have any doubt about it. She is just not a very relatable person and feigns elitism more often than not. The warmth and likability is sorely missing in her.

PC, on the other hand , is both smart and warm. Every time I see her appearance on any show , the host, especially if it's a male, seems enthralled or quite taken with her. For instance her appearance on the Colbert show had Stephen Colbert almost speechless & and he seemingly got little inhibited by how attractive she was. LOL I am not sure if I am the only one who felt like that..if anyone watched the episode, let me know. 😆 There is something about her..she just fits right in. People on the forum call that wannabeish but I am yet to see any American call her that.

Yeah I agree, she really is relatable. And she has what my definition of intelligence is - being clued in, being astute. For me knowledgeable doesn't equal intelligence, perceptive does. And being astute is the best kind of intelligence in my book. When Priyanka talks, she talks on point, always. She sizes up people and plays it, mostly successfully. She doesn't need to rely on sound bytes or bog-standard speech.
