What are they doing? 22 days to go and the second song is not out yet?

Are they afraid to create buzz in fear of violence?

There should be posters or something for those of us waiting.

from the first trailer, i feel it's a mantle for ranveer's overacting like in bajirao mastani, there was so litle of deepika in bm and what there was , was with horrible dialogue delivery, 10 steps back from her dialogue delivery in piku, ram leela etc. hope slb gave shahid some screen space, he should have had the most, bec he is one who interacts with both padmavati and khilji, but from the trailer it didn't seem to be.

there's seriously nothing off about the movie.. it's anticipated for a good opening, certainly more than 15 crs as of now. 100 crs is a given.. more than that nobody knows..

this is not a thread for coughing negativity on the movie. i come here for updates and i see nonsense

overall, i think it will be huge for ranveer's career and will provide shahid with his 1st 100 cr movie and limelight.
DP doesnt need any of all this.. she is a superstar.. she will get filmfare and that's all she needs from the movie.

from what i hear from ranveer's team,
the buzz is great in india due to controversies and trailer and song so they are trying to decrease promotion expenses. Bhansali-ranveer-deepika is a brand.. promotions like that for previous films is not necessary.

Promotion starts November 15.

I don't think it's wrong to state an opinion even if it's negative or problematic. For the time being, this thread also serves as a space for discussions and reactions in addition to updates.

Well Ranveer is out of the country and with the issues putting Ranveer and Deepika together to promote would be bad...as for Shahid apparently he's also out of town?

They're supposed to guest as a trio at some event on the 11th. I guess the team thinks DP is the safest option to use for promotions...IDK apparently SLB has some "schedule"

Either way I can't help but compare it to the massive promotions Bajirao and Ram Leela got. I understand the issue with politics/protests but they at least should put out the album and film some interviews with the cast movie is releasing in only a few weeks

We will get it soon. I would rather prefer the direct HQ versions than the LQ ones. Shoba has said we l get all 3 international posters in HD soon.😊

Well guys if u remember even for RL and BM they started individual promotions although they had an event for trailer launch. For RL DP started promotions and for BM DP was busy with tamasha so it was RS promoting .. BM was the love story of a warrior. Here Padmavati is the titular roles.

As per sources NOV 11th all 3 will be there for the event in Ahmedabad.

And 12th there is some cine summit where RS will talk about his role.

ALSO RL AND BM were managed by EROS. kaash..😕
