I know there are like bazillion threads about this topic but CBA to go through all of them and read each and every post. So I'm sorry if someone else already asked this but...

The "leaked" pictures were taken on the 21st of July. More than two months ago.

So why is the media acting like they're recent and making a big deal out of them JUST NOW which coincidentally coincides with another big announcement...?

Ranbir and Mahira were not tagged in the pics two months ago.. An FC spotted them and uploaded them tagging RK and Mahira and thus the pics captured attention

And it would indeed be a very sad day for any movie if its hype is dented by a couple of pics of other actors, albeit the pics being controversial
