I'm just going to quietly go an cry now.

Why are they slowly and steadily demolishing every one of my really awsome memories? 1st is qadar pyaar hain, and now deewana?? I can only imagine what sonu is feeling. It's one of his iconic songs, that arijit is now claiming a right to? How would arijit feel if suddenly Sonu records his version of channa mereya and sings at all the concerts?

Why are people allowing it?

Drift please, I'm having actual tears in my eyes. What's worse, even though he has sung well but I can only hear Sonu 's voice. And I can actually just feel what he must be feeling listening to this song. Again credit given to everyone except the original singer. And now you know why Sonu is Sonu- in arijits voice this is any other song of this gen, in sonus voice it's heaven.

Used to love this song as a kid. I'm surprised that Arijit sang it, because his voice type just doesn't work. :(

Finally managed to get myself to listen to it. There's just no emotion or passion in the singing.😕

The lines Deewana Tera, Tujhe Hi Bulaye... Ye Marzi Teri, Tu Aaye Na Aaye in the original had so much passion in them! This remake sounds like they just rushed through it and got it done with.

And what annoys me further is that these guys Arijit and Armaan are just remaking old songs instead of coming up with original music! In fact, Armaan keeps remaking one song after another!

Arijit has a real way of showing respect to his seniors.

I really hope in years to come someone remakes channa mereya, adds some hip hop beats to it and gets a new voice to sing it.. while arijit is still alive and singing. Yes. And please picturise it on sunny leone too.

Forget deewana Tera line, the line yaad tujhe jabse kiya bhool baitha main sabko had so much depth to it. Arijits hook line ke words hi abhi tak samajh nahi aye, Uska matlb kya samjhega ??

Chalo, atleast this is for everyone who feels arijit is better than Sonu.

This song is so intense; I could have never imagined someone making it sound so lifeless.

And yes, the beats that have been added on to make it sound like a remix make it sound even worse.
