Has Alia Bhatt gone into a shell after her break-up with Sidharth Malhotra?
Alia Bhatt is reportedly keeping aloof these days but it is not due to her break-up with Sidharth Malhotra.
Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra have kept the media guessing about their relationship status for a while now. But if gossip columns are to be believed, the two have parted ways, and Sidharth's growing proximity to his A Gentleman co-star Jacqueline Fernandez is to blame.
According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, Alia has gone into a shell, of late. The actor, who is in Kashmir to shoot for Meghna Gulzar's Raazi, does not even talk to anyone on the sets and appears for shoots only when called.
There is speculation that the reason for Alia's aloofness is that she is nursing a broken heart. However, sources close to the Dear Zindagi actor refute the reports.
"It's nothing like that. She is just trying to live a non-gadget life because she is playing a character like that in the film. She hardly appears on social media and does not read anything much online, as she wants to stay true to the character as long as she is shooting for the film," an insider told the publication.
Alia is currently filming the second schedule of Raazi in Kashmir. She will be playing a spy in the espionage thriller based on Harinder Sikka's novel Calling Sehmat. Vicky Kaushal will also be seen in the film.
