Why can't he hire PR team like kangana who arranges such intvs for her ans provides her with written, rehearsed essays to spout at those staged intvs

As far as I can remember, Hrithik's notice said he only knew her in professional capacity. So I was talking about that. The intent? Lawyers are very serious about wording and phrasing especially when writing notices. I don't think he would let such a major slip-up happen in the notice. He also said she sent 50 emails per day, which over the course of two years is more than 3000. But the actual number is 1400-odd. Lot of lacunae in his notice.

1. The word choice was Hrithik's lawyer's not Hrithik's, shall we start going through Kangana's lawyers statements word for word?

2. Lawyers do try to be precise. Do you really think Hrithiks lawyer was trying to say he didn't know a woman he had filmed two movies with? Clearly no one would have intentionally made that claim.

3. People who change the subject are frequently trying to hide the fact they are losing the real argument. Why would Kangana and her lawyer be so focused on the fact that they attended each other's parties? As I said before he attends lots of birthday parties. He never said, I did NOT dance at her party. He said I didn't have an affair with her. Has he slept with every hostess of every birthday party he ever attended? No? Then this is irrelevant. He either did or did not have an affair with her, that is the question not whether he danced at her birthday party. And not whether he should have hired a more circumspect lawyer. Her lawyer was no prize!

There are many reasons people choose to divorce. Thankfully increasing numbers of couples have the courtesy and good taste to end a marriage without airing their differences publicly - especially when children are involved. As you know, the Khans have remained close to Hrithik throughout and now even his ex wife supports him.
