The law against adultery in India is biased because according to some judgments a woman cannot indulge in such an act etc. Which is funny and is anti-men. According to law, only HR will be punished for the crime, but why? Kangana had as much sex as he did, then why this bias? IPC if filled with such laughable provisions. Adultery in its literal sense means sexual relationship with a married 'person'. so, even if law negates the likelihood of Kangana being an adulterous women, doesnt make her morally correct. Legally, a 'married woman' can have a realtionship outside marriage and she wouldn't be charged for it, but the male involved will be charged with adultery. But, it doesnt mean every maffied woman should do it because hell, law doesnt prohibit it. (i know the technicality involved, thats what i do for living)

What do you mean "if" she was threatened? The threat to release revenge po*n was right there in his legal notice. Kangana and her lawyer gave the whole notice to the media.

Yes, she's a feminist, but for her own advantage, tweaks it as per convenience. Lekin the Pancholi case and feminism has no parallel unless she said so.

She can only sue Pancholi for assault and not the sexual realtionship because the old law permits sexual relationship with persons above 16 years of age, and she claimed to be 17 at that time, so...
