If prabhas was a good actor he'd have brought some shades to mahendra Baahubali and made him likable as well.
Baahubali was all SSR anushka, Rana and Ramya Krishna show for me.

Mahendra lost me after the Pacha Bottesi song. Nothing he did after could save him for me.I do personally think there was enough nuance in the walking and body language between Amarendra and Mahendra to make a difference. IMO of course. But I agree Rana was a great antagonist, would not be the same without him and Ramya Krishnan.

Even I did not like him in Rebel, Billa or Mr Perfect. But Mirchi is something different. Varsham too is a great work.

Anyways coming to BB, Mahendra was purposefully downed. Amarendra's character had to make a bigger impact so that he being killed off hurt people more, and Mahendra's victory over Bhallaldeva more as a revenge than just in a fight for the throne could stand higher. That was the concept as a whole.

I may have different opinions as to what good acting is with you, but it's universally accepted that Prabhas has a charming smile which got noticed even in BB1.

Prabhas and "aura"? 🤢 This guy is getting way too overhyped these days. Na shakal na acting. An expressionless eyesore! Doesn't have any strong screen presence either. Nothing special about that dude. Another I-F made national superstar -.- Shraddha is irrelevant for me.

Anyways, Rana had chewed him up with his screen presence in BB2...

He looked nice with tamanna , she resembles shraddha so I think they will be fine. It's just that Anushka prabhas cannot be recreated again , but this can be digested

Bb1 Rana completely overshadowed him n in bb2 whatevr ss he gt he was brilliant n prabhas is over rated its d character bb that is larger than life n actor is below avg in every dept-.-
