Ever since the kid was born Saif and Kareena have been insufferable. Right from naming the child, to bullying kangna ( wasn't she a friend of kareena during Hr issue or was it simply a temporary aliance), to their usual pretentious blabbering.

Even Saif mentioned spending quality time over quantity. So basically this couple spends probably an hr a day with their eugenically produced genetically superior child. Takes some photos with him, leak it to the media. As the kid grows up he will be compensated for their time with pocket money.
