I think they both had broked already things are kept. Secret untill padamvati release bec it will creat problem for both media will create hype about breakup so movie will effect because breakup news out from last year which seems true. They are pretending to be together what you guys think. 😉

Your logic doesn't add up. People wont flock to theaters and watch the film just coz they are together nor will people stay away from theaters if they have broken up. They are not even playing a couple in the film.What attracts the audience is the content ultimately.

but during promotion breakup question will be asked from media and headline will be of orsevon that like Kate rk breakup. So these TT ings will effect movie buzz for sure
