They both have gotten a lot of support from the public and the media for decades. More than any other celebrity. Given the superstar tag time and time again.

Both should have improved their product but instead relied on their star power and believed audiences would watch anything they make as long as they star in the film.

Abuse of their power and now the public is starting to wake up.

Obviously not to this extreme. This reminds me of the French revolution. The royalty abused their power and eventually the public voted for their decapitation.

Unfortunate but never treat people who made you famous as idiots.
