I guess you ars talking about Adalaf. I didn't watch it regularly because i am a suits fan. And, being a lawyer myself made the show a bit funny for me.
Yes the only time he did not do tv was 2016. Othwrwise he has had a consistent on screen presence aith one show after the other.
And, he did not kick tv for bollywood but worked simultaneously. This quality is only in RR in RK. otherwise others just kick tv shows out of their way when they get a movie.
