Aishwarya Rai Bachchan-Anil Kapoor's Fanney Khan postponed?.

Ever since Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra
announced that he is making a movie
titled Fanney Khan with Anil Kapoor in the
lead, speculations around who would play
the leading lady have been doing the
rounds. Later, actress Aishwarya Rai
Bachchan was roped in to play the lead role
opposite Anil, increasing the curiosity levels
about the film by leaps and bounds.
In an interview, the co-producer of Fanney
Khan, Prernaa Arora had spoken about the
movie's shoot schedule and Aishwarya's
role. She had said, "The team starts building
the set in Mumbai next month and Anil will
kick off shooting in the first week of August.
Aishwarya joins him by the month-end and
the film will wrap up in a start-to-finish
schedule by October."
When quizzed about Aishwarya's role,
Prerna had revealed, "Ash was blown away
by her glamorous and "highly stylised
character. We took the script to her two
months ago and she immediately gave her
nod."
While the movie was scheduled to go on-
floors in August first week with Aishwarya
joining the cast by month end, there seems
to be a change in the plan. Since Anil Kapoor
has suffered an ankle injury and has been
advised bed rest, the movie's shoot schedule
has been pushed ahead.
A source informed a daily, "The film that was
supposed to go on floors by August end will
now begin shoot in October.
The Mubarakan star has been advised
complete bed rest for six weeks. He is not
allowed any rigorous movements and his
character in the film is that of an artist, so
there are a lot of songs and dances, which
he won't be able to shoot now."
