To be honest, I feel that it won't really be fair to call 1 particular actor an "over-actor" especially those who worked during the 2000s period. The 2000s period (especially the early 2000s) survived off melodrama and over-dramatic acting (thanks to people like KJ) and people liked it at the time or at least encouraged it by making the movies a 'hit'. All actors who acted during the period in 1 way or the other over-acted cos that was the trend then. Now, people have moved towards more realistic screen-play and acting and most actors have evolved accordingly. Look at SRK, AK, PC, Kareena etc. now and compare with their performances then and you can note a huge load of difference.
