So far only a small amount of films have been worth my time to watch. Looks like this year is plagued. Do you think films should be focused on smaller budget and better content? Should we leave the 100+ crore club alone?

I agree, this has been a mediocre year, even worse that 2016 so far. Bollywood is on a downward spiral since 2014, each year is worse than the last.

Trapped and A Death in the Gunj are only movies worth watching, they are quite good.

Hollywood has had some truly excellent movies so far and Dunkirk releases next week which promises to be spectacular- the reviews so far are through the roof.

A Ghost Story
Baby Driver
War of the Planet of the Apes
The Big Sick
It Comes at Night

All are brilliant, A Ghost Story in particular is just sublime. But it is not for everybody, at time its really, really slow and alienating but at the end the experience is unlike anything.

Get Out, Split and Logan are good as well. And there is Stuff like Wonder Woman, Guardians 2 and Beauty and the Beast, not wow, but pretty solid. That No Man's Land scene from WW is going to be a highlight of the year though.

Logan was a wow movie, even some find Wonder Woman to be wow (not me 😭 i had so much expectations)

Also Star Wars: Last Jedi is coming out Dec (best believe it will be wow)

But yeah its not been that great for H-wood and pretty much awful for B-wood.
