Here is cold truth- If tubelight can fail any movie can fail.

JJ because it is different.
JHMS because it talks about sex
TEPK because it has sandaas word too many time
Baadshaoo because you can't watch Ilena and Sunny disrobing with your family
Judwa2 because if audience feel Salman has done better job, movie is finished
Padmavati with high budget
TZH because younger generation may want younger Tiger

Nothing is written in white chalk on black board. Every movie has equal chance to be hit and flop.
Beside, BO is not everything. Some of the greatest movie were disaster on movie theater. So audience taste is nothing to crow about. It simply means the movie came at right time or was marketed well or had well loved super star. More than half so called successful movies get rejected when seen 2 years later. That is a very poor ratio for movies that are also considered art.😊

I just remembered this yesterday. Before Bhai log get too excited and point BO fingers at an actress who is known for her acting, let me warn you. Thalaiva did not pay the distributors once.It has happened again and again with many hits in the middle. It took many years between the Baba and Kuseelan debacle, but he did pay. I also think he had to do that for Linga.

What about when I posted that Rangoon sucked and I was called a MCP 🤢 not that I need sympathy I can take care of myself. But insulting the character of posters just cause they don't like movies/actors.
