It is appreciable, he is still not faded (even in such averse condition). May be he can shine as a good character actor. Unfortunately, he does not have the deep voice of his father (which could compete with Big B).

What is Sohail's achievement to insult another actor (addressing Vivek as a waiter)? It does show poor upbringing (I don't know whether Vivek spoke like that or not).

But others enjoying the above incidence (report says one explained it while laughing) clearly shows, how the industry openly encourages bullying.

I don't think salman did anything to ruin his career. I guess he was unlucky. In one interview he himself admitted that he was assuming himself superstar before becoming one which ruined him

But there was no proof that Salman called him 41 times because he didn't show that to anyone and I don't think Farah was supporting Salman, she was even laughing when Vivek called Ash plastic, wonder how she even asked him these type of questions about Ash when she is best friend of junior B, Ritesh was also there and heard that Ritesh is very close to the Bachchan, that whole interview looked so awkward because how can they talk about the people to the media that they r close to? 😆

Such a person can easily exaggerate or manipulate things.

Salman is a bevada as well so he must have done something wrong too but the main thing will remain Aishwariya. She was a dirty player who was playing with Salman, Vivek and Abhishek and it was like musical chair and lalloo Abhishek got the nod because of his status.

Salman was a strong person..he shrugged off and became even bigger star than aish + vivek combined

Well he just crossed lines with the wrong people, burnt bridges that shouldn't have been burnt and acted like a complete whipped pinhead when it came to Aishwarya.

He's a decent actor - and an "actor" not simply an entertainer. He can emote. Success came to him fast and went to his head making him lose it just as fast.

Also coming to the point that Salman forgave SRK but not him - you've got to understand the standing that SRK has in the industry. He's touted as being one of the three best actors in Bollywood after Dilip Kumar and BigB. In front of him, Vivek is a blimp in the sky for Salman. Enmity with SRK meant enmity or at least cold relations with more than half of the industry and not to mention that SRK himself is said to be almost as close as Sallu, to the underworld. Vivek, on the other hand, was none of these things.

Anyhow, we keep reading about all the charities and goodwill he's been doing over the past few years. If karma exists, he'll get his due and so will the others.

Wonder if Ash really told him to call that press conference, I saw on Farah Khan's show where Farah asked him if Ash ever appreciated him or even said thank you to him, he said no and in fact she told him that he shouldn't do that press conference but then what did he say about the plastic? Does anybody know of what he really meant by that? Sorry I don't understand some Hindi very well.

This place always gets to me when it finds way to resort to victim-blaming.
Vivek was a grown man when he was dating Ash. If he didn't understand he was being played & couldn't watch his mouth, that's his problem.
And just because he called out on Salman's BS, he gets blacklisted by everyone - that to me seems like a problem of the system which is largely based on sucking upto the big & powerful.
No matter how promiscuous Ash's character was or how many men she played, Salman doesn't get exonerated from the mental & physical torture he doled out to her and her family. And what makes you think the men were as holy as the Ganga? Saman has always been known for being a player, but he emphasizes on his women being an epitome of virtues! Typical MCPish mentality!
