He looks Fat but clean and younger for his age.

He's still a superstar and vfx will take care of the rest. I don't think he cares anymore. He used to workout a lot before see him doing handstand pushups in Baaghi.

Also steroids weaken the bones. So he's taking it easy.

And they say he eats like a king. That's got to take its toll.

Smoking may help with weight loss. But Aamir and SRK also have good physic which needs gyming and weight training. Unlike models who can lose weight without any muscle gain.

As for Salman, I think he has gotten lazy plus he focuses too much on his upper body and ignores legs and abs. Thus the disproportionate body.

yes Salman might have gone lazy with gymming but there's also a possibility that this look may actually have been the requirement of the movie... and after that he just overlooked getting back in shape...

I think in the video he looks a bit leaner than his character in Tubelight

Also In the still they released from TZH where he suited up in a tuxedo. He definitely looked leaner than tubelight.
