He is build for romcom type of movies.. and how many of those movies work in bo each year... only a number of them.

He should go away and come back in negative role..

Only talented ones can survive disasters at BO.
If Imran had proven himself in a few movies , he would have survived. Nepotism takes someone only to a little distance .

Ranbir survived BV coz he had many previous movies where he proved himself . If his filmography was weak, he would be sitting at home like Imran.

Imran lacked screen presence, talent, ambition, work ethic all of which Mamu has in abundance which is why he is where he is and Imran is not.

Because he was a terrible actor and terrible dancer. Pretty much he was bad at everything. And yes he was attractive but he was not so good looking that it would make up for his shortcomings. He also looked very young. During the time he debuted there were very few actresses with such young faces. Even now there aren't that many actresses who look his age or younger. So he failed at on-screen chemistry as well. There weren't many options left for him.

When you are not good at anything the only thing you can do is keep going, keep working hard. I don't think he did that either. I always thought the comparisons to Ranbir was outrageous. He was not even close to being half the actor Ranbir was.
