How come Srk always wins

Twitter polls no matter whats the context. why he so popular on twitter with frequent trends while Salman is totally opposite, Even Akshay is more popular than him. salman always loses polls and i dont often see trends about him but salman movies obviously do better than their films and its not like his movies or his acting is that exceptional. dont these srk fans on twitter dont go to watch his movies and just spam twitter and trend some.bs every day which doesnt benefit at all?

i just saw a poll about which film will cross bb2 and his new movie is leading the poll with 69% 😆 and toilet with 22% and tubelight with 9% 😕

^Probably because SRK has more upper class and NRI fans that have access to the internet and time to hang out on twitter. Many are in countries where BW movies don't release in theaters or only a few theaters that are too far away. They watch later on DVD or download from the internet.

SRK has the highest number of online fan following. Whether these online fans go to watch SRK movie in theatre or not is another question, but a movie doesn't becomes a hit only because of 'fans' but because of the neutral audience.

Fans only help the movie get a good opening weekend but the no of fans a star has is very less than the neutral audience. Neutral audience watches a movie only when it gets a good WOM, which SRK movies lack nowadays.

That's the reason why Aamir always leads at the box office. He may have less number of fans than Salman and SRK, but the neutral audience have a 'trust' in him, that Aamir movies will always be good. Neutral audience doesn't trusts any other Superstar like that.

Since when are Twitter Polls important?

For example on IF, you can read about people who claim to be fans of RK. But in reality his movie need to utilize border war attacks to find viewers otherwise it becomes a tamasha or Bombay velvet.
