I watched the film on Amazon Prime. Kickass debut from konkana sharma and she put together a wonderful team for the film. The movie stays with you. Its one that will be treasured.

Loved Shutu and Tani.. They are adorable as friends and shutu even though an adult is still like a child who has not been able to come to terms with the death of his father. Vikrant did well and portrayed the childlike innocence of shutu really well. You just want to hold him and give him a hug and tell him things will be alright.

Ranvir shorey did a great job portraying the alpha male .. He was so good that one the game sequence I really hated him and wanted to punch his face for hurting shutu just to win the game .

The others were really great and it was a pleasure to see two great actors Anuja Mohan and Om puri in it .. Although in brief roles they hold your attention when on screen.

Tilotama, Kalki, Gulshan and Jim did a good job too. A great first film for Konkana a story that has layers and inner meanings..

Thank you for the link! I just watched it on Amazon. The acting was SOOO good, especially Vikram! I felt everything he felt and it was heartbreaking. Konkona's direction was fantastic. I like how the scenes were so straightforward, but she would do a quick shot of Shutu's expression.

This was just a terrific film.
