Visit any accident court cases, you will find even a drunk & drive car case accuser (ordinary one), walking away with a fine or just 6 months jail in exteme condition. Salman's accident case is one of those blown up ones coz of celeb status.

@BOld,, that is true when there is no fatalities involved. There is a high chances that one might cause big injury or kill people when accident happens due to drunk and drive, Now, dont tell me that even if it cause death, the culprit get only six months of jail time.
