I'm not sure about Prabhas but in specific some people like it that way.. Less complicated unless they have a strong passionate love for someone and want to go that extra mile to work on relationship.. And in acting profession it happens to be very common to be flirtatious and friendly with co-stars.. No complications and no reservations and commitments can make it lot more easy to be in the moment, enjoy the company (not necessarily intimate) and move on..
