She sucked from the beginning of the film, the opening scene where They were enacting that Don/Mona Darling scene. What a terrible dialogue delivery, modulation & expression.

The only name whom I can recall (amongst the popular critics who said that) Rajeev Masand.
By the way he also stated that RK was exceptional in ADHM. So, I guess you agree with his opinion on this as well. 😉

What's wrong with the logic? His career-best is relative to his past performances, Deepika's performance could still bebetter than his. Like say, if Kat's career-best was in Rajneeti, but she got overshadowed by RK, Arjun etc. No hate there.

BTW, good that you brought up Raajneeti. In the film RK walked away with most accolades from legendary national award winners, not only critics, many others too have had cited that He acted the best.

RK hasn't given a great performance since 2012.. Even in that film,PC got praised as much..inspite of her having to share screen space with Illeana.

Talking abt scars I wonder how many scars she gave it to Nihar when she mercilessly dumped him for rk. How deepika fans always forgot that!!

Just cos in CE, she acted better than SRK tabhi se they've started this trend.

She overshadowed BigB and Irfan in Piku.
She overshadowed RK in Tamasha.
She overshadowed everyone else in RL.
