Anon39: Lmao that was not a personal opinion. BW only works on image image image, irrespective of what you do onscreen. Reading the article above & Salman's dislike of Malaika which has been evident since years, it's plain crystal clear that he disliked her doing those sexy item numbers, no way would the parents have known about her stepping out. I don't doubt that Arbaaz wouldve too, it's BW, they all do it, lol, but seems to me he was more into her towards the end of it than she was. Hence his depressed avatar on KwK. Also, everyone had a hearty laugh at even the idea of Salman being a Virgin & that's why it's become this legendary joke because his romantic & lustful exploits have become legendary, lol. Image is what matters.

Maybe bcz that's how it is in our country 😕

He (and his family) does seem to share good rapport with many of his exes, lending them support when needed... Not many BW actors, men do that

^^Eh no idk any man who behaves the same way as Salman lol, so different experiences I reckon, Salmans hypocrisy is much more deep-rooted & he just seems to get so worked up about things like this. A as for BW, a lot of the young ones have a good equation with their exes, it is not as much a statement of amicability, but more of how incestous the industry is, and in Salmans case, how much they can play him later/use him for their benefit, lmao.

^Salman has loads of problems but I think that family is quite okay with exes and treats them pretty well.

Even back in the day when it not common to be friends with exes, Salman stayed friends with Somy Ali and Sangeeta Bijlani. He is still cool with Katrina and she even gets invited to family events and weddings. Malaika goes on vacation with them even after a divorce.

Arjun has been disgusting going from Salman's sister to his bhabhi but even with him, I don't see any Salman having any problems or trying to destroy his career or anything. I don't even think he did anything to Vivek's career. Vivek's own arrogance did that.

You know perhaps I have heard too many stories lately of hot looking teachers seducing their underage students and getting arrested. And they are all female. Something about this story with Arjun and Malaika has always reminded me of that.

There is term used "grooming".where someone older "trains" someone younger. My theory is either Mrs. Robinson or Red Room of Pain scenario. I really don't see this as a normal boy meets girl scenario and the girl who happened to be older and married. The more I hear, the more I see darker undertones. I maybe completely wrong but the age at which he was, his looks then, his seeming naivet and utter awe of her make me think so. It has nothing to do with the age gap. Will say the same if it is a wordly older man and a homely younger woman. And I better shut up now.

^^Hhahaha I see what you mean, he does seem very in awe of her right! Well anything is possible in their world. I don't see the point of Bhau being good to his exes, anything significant b/c they all cling on for some self-interest or the other, today it makes more sense to too for the others b/c there Is no point in harbouring bitterness due to what a fish-bowl the whole industry is.. I do find the Arjun-Malaika thing intriguing b/c it's been around for sooo long!
