Question is what will the story be about.

She's just 6 years older than him. Would make a nice pairing as far as looks and physique goes. Ideally they could do another period film because that's where both are amazing at.

I thought of a story they could do together. Not too overly sweet or anything, nor a period piece.
So, Prabhas and Aish are married couple with a child (lets say 10 to paint a picture here in your mind). The film will start off with showing their lives married together. Then one night before they go to bed, they talk about something that leads to their younger days, and we get a flash back of them when they dated, got married, and had their child. Then they talk about their dreams they want in the future. Either husband or wife says they always wanted to visit some ocean (pick of your choice I don't care).
At this point you feel its so sweet. Then morning comes and (I looked at it both ways) either husband or wife is going to work on a bus. After some time, one gets a call saying their spouse was in a bus accident! DUN DUN DUN! All the drama starts and basically the story will then be of the spouse struggling and trying to move on being a widow/widower and raise their child.
The couple isn't rich or anything so they decide to save up money when they can to visit the ocean their spouse always wanted to.

The end of the film the (husband for example) takes a hair pieces the wife used to wear frequently gets put in the ocean and floats away. End of the film.

How crappy was that?
