Are you serious? As much as I don't like Yami she is pretty and so is Kriti. Both are better than Alia and Parineeti in terms of looks. Kriti is still raw and has a lot to prove but I can she see her as a complete commercial actress in the coming years.

Well alia is talented. She does justice to each and every role. Some of the roles are even off beat. She takes chances and they pay off.

Parineeti does the same role again and again hoping for a miracle! So in mpb she played a bengali girl not a Punjabi but the essence of the character is still the same.

Shradha actually tries to do the right kind of films. She is liked by the masses, but can't drive audience to theaters on her own. Either the story or director or the actor needs to be celebrated one.

Kjo is a good mentor to Alia but thats it. He doesn't have that kind of a power or influence where he can sabotage others career.Nobody does.The reason Alia gets all the plump projects is because she delivers. Kjo may have recommended her in the beginning but she landed the job on her own merit which is pretty evident from her work on screen. Investors and directors are sure of her calibre and therefore she becomes their first choice. I wouldn't be surprised if its later found that film makers are lobbying Kjo's office to get Alia read their scripts, who knows who is recommending here at present times..Everybody will like to have the best for their projects. If others are not doing well its mainly because of their poor choices and lack of interest in shaping up their careers. I m sorry but this is a competitive field where everyone is running after the best jobs and if someone takes a break then well they got to pay the price. Its the same system in every field.

A career is a combination of talent and luck.

If SRK had not had a chance to do a Darr or a DDLJ would he have the career he has today ? He is highly, highly ambitious and hard working, but he was given a chance to show case his talent.

Alia is like that. She has the work ethic and the talent, but she also has KJO who is giving her the chance to showcase it. KJO gave Pari HTP, she acted like a lunatic in it and IMO one of the reasons her career tanked. It is Pari's choice to take it of course, but that was what was offered to her. Let Pari have the chances Alia has and I think she would have an equivalent career. Alia has the work ethic and talent but it is completely fair to say that it is the choices that were given to her and almost all were by KJO or recommended by him that made her career.
