I know reviews are a critic's personal taste..

but when you have followed a certain critic from a long time..you do kinda realize his taste/choice and put a certain trust in it

but off late something seems fishy

anupama has been rather neutral in most of her reviews and gives an accurate unbiased one but off late her reviews on movies like befikre and now MPB have been fishy

while these movies were panned by most critics..anupama had a very biased tone for these movies ignoring to mention some very obvious flaws..she called befikre magical and gave it 3.5 stars and now she gave MPB 3.5

i don't know what she is smoking or her taste has become very different off late or she has her pockets full by aditiya chopra..

but if that is the case..she is misleading those who follow her reviews..i became more keen to watch befikre and now MPB after her reviews and now i will make sure i don't take these reviews seriously and decide for myself instead

But she wouldn't favour YRF as her hubby's film will be clashing with YRF's next grand flick

She lost her credibility as a critic the moment she chose not to review vidhu vinod's film...
She gave 4stars to ADHM too...

Her husband and Adi are cousins.

Edit:Vidhu's father Vinod Chopra and Yash Chopra were brothers.

Vidhu Vinod's dad's name is D.N Chopra who was not related to the other Chopra family. I don't know who this Vinod Chopra is.

Anupama did ruin her credibility with Befikre rating. At best that movie deserved a 2.5, not even. But Anu has a bias toward certain people. She has her favorites.

yeh her reviews seem off...coz masand n anupama r usually on the same wavelength...he trashed both befikre n meri pyari bindu but anupama loved both these films
