I watched it in Hindi and never felt like it was an dubbed movie.Instead the dubbed voices were perfectly blended with the actors.Disappointed with the songs though as I felt that the original songs were much better..they got ruined in the dubbing process..but great job by keervani...his songs and bgms were unforgettable

Hmm I get it, for any dubbed film the original will always be the best. But Bahubali is not dubbed . It is a bilingual film has many scenes nearly 80% of the scenes are shot twice, except the songs and some major fight scenes. Also a lot of the actors are big names in the Tamil industry as well so So I din't feel any difference. It is only dubbed in Hindi. Anyway though I am a Tamilian I can understand Telugu so I'd see this one in Telugu lol just to see the "difference" ! 😆

It is my staunch belief that any movie is the best in its original language, whether it be Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, English, etc. That is why I generally prefer to watch movies of other languages with subtitles rather than dubbed versions. I generally cannot stand dubbed movies, because the dubbed voice isn't great.

When it comes to Bahubali, both the Telugu and Tamil may be equally good since the movie was filmed simultaneously in both languages, but as the lead roles were played mainly by telugu actors, and the producer/director/story writer are all telugu people, I feel like their vision, whether it comes to the names of the people and places (some of which were changed in Tamil), as well as the songs and matching the expressions to the dialogues, would come forth more naturally in the telugu version. Granted, I only saw the telugu version and haven't seen the others, and I'm sure they're all fine, but I feel Bahubali is more of a telugu film due to the influence of the crew who took it.
