According to you, it is easier to find replacement for SRK yet Salman is biggest star in bollywood. Let other stars deliver back to back Blockbusters then we will talk 😉 As far as acting is concern, let other stars (newbies and old stars) deliver as unique performances in single decade like Sultan, BB, Dabbang. Not everyone has the capability to play all kinds of characters with so much perfection.

There are 2 reason why I feel like laughing.

1.There was a time when people would actually compare him to Salman, call him wannabe just to mock him & now coz of some sudden realisation.

2.Another reason, it could also be to start a fan war since I've seen few Salman fan were being accused for being Varun fan don't know why though. BW forum wale love to fight.

OT: Nothing against you though TM, I was speaking generally :)

Although to reach Salman's stardom VD has a long way to go but as they say 'Everything is possible'.Just want HIM to not to get carried away by the success coming his way, do good work, romantic films (Full on SRK types that'd make me happy) n be happy.

As for Amir, SRK getting their replacement..I don't like Amir the perfectionist or I don't even find him that great of an actor.

I just admire his few work that's about it.As for SRK, there can be another actor who does better romance than him as an actor but one can never be who n what SRK is.

& I'd say that even if I wasn't his fan.He is that one Khan who'd never get replaced in people's hearts even he finishes it first among others.

A while ago if someone had asked me what an actor is, good acting, script and award winning would be the criteria I used. Now my criterion is entirely different. It is the ability of an actor to connect with an audience and I hold that above all.

Rajni is someone whose acting I have scoffed at. His movies are stupid really, but he always brings tremendous joy to his audience. I have personally witnessed that over and over again. And there is something to be said for that. Salman is like that IMO.

A 20 year career filled with ups and downs and time and time again, just does not happen. It happens because the people gave him a chance. Not everyone gets that, only a lucky few and for that Salman had to have connected with an audience so they never forgot him. That is an actor to me in the most simplistic form.

Varun has had only ups, let him have downs and even half the length of a career Salman has. Until then, it is Salman for me.
