You may he happy with Hindi eating up your language, but others will fight.

I haven't read Garga Chaterjee's wanting Karnataka to play international matches, but I have read others. And point about cricket teams are due to BCCI and pointing out that other parts in other countries do the same. Again India is a UNION of states.

who is teaching you all this about hindi eating up your language 😆, but if you behave in antagonistic manner towards anyone who speaks hindi is bad too . Hindi should not be imposed agreed but dividing people and thinking one is superior on the basis of one 's mother tongue is just parochial thinking .

-The successive central governments trying to enforce UP-Bihar Brahmin culture through various means like enforcing Hindi and now food choices(states like Telangana, AP, TN, Kerala, Karnataka are largely non vegetarian)
-The huge difference in culture with South culture looked down upon as something less!!!
-South states are the wealthiest and contribute largest to taxes collected and yet Central government ignores them to favor the BIMARU states due to number of MPs from there. The progress in the south is primarily due to efforts of successive chief ministers and NRIs from there who pour in money.

What are BIMARU states getting , nothing really in comparision to maharashtra , gujarat , karnataka and andhra pradesh .
Also surprise surprise karnataka is most corrupt state of india - recent news .
Also you must acknowledge that the fact that bihar, jharkhand, west bengal became backward due to apathy of central governments like the trade act which was imposed in 60s and helped the southern states to grow.
All this is only showing that even though that BJP MP is racist , our southern counterparts arent better either .
Also I feel this hindi opposition is election agenda in south utilised again and again

LOL, this has become a North India - South India debate?
I think by firstly dividing the two regions, we are only increasing regional feelings, which is harmful for our nation. I thought this was about film industries.

And, today, this is not at all relevant where we have North, West, East and South Indians fully mixing with one another in all parts of the country. :) ..everyone from every part of the country knows someone from other regions, I know I do.

I will admit that there are some people from each of the 4 regions that look down upon people from each of those regions, but, I think we should discourage such topics because not all people regard another one less just because of his place of birth.
