Akshay. I remember reading how he had issues with his back after that stunt of lifting Undertaker and how he made sure that his back healed properly rather than taking shortcuts. This was in contrast to actors like Sunny who were having recurring health trouble.
If there is award for health freakiness in Bollywood, he is prime candidate to get one. What I love about him is he never shoves his healthy life style down people's throat. It is no gimmick for him, it is just part of him. 😊

But I want to vote for Hrithik here, because bechara was bugged by horrible health problems and he wouldn't be looking so 'fit' if not for lots of hardwork/discipline/diet etc.. :)

Akshay Kumar hands down!!!!!! That man's dedication to fitness, healthy living & Ayurvedic principles, is a statement worth all the gold & platinum, in itself. He shows exactly how & what One can achieve if they put their minds to it, fitness-wise. He's absolutely incredible!!!!

And echoing what ChudailPaapi said, I love the fact most, that he never preaches or tries to change but helpful assists everyone & tries to spread his healthy living message in a respectful, cooperative manner. Nothing is more off-putting than being constantly preached to!!!! 😡
