If Special Mention was an award then it would have been called a National Award not a special mention. But the general public have actually fallen for her PR tactic.

JustMoi- I have read one interview of Rhea and she sounded as obnoxious as her sibling,if not more.Sorry , cannot find out the link but it was after Cannes 2015.(That hairy/feathery dress one)

Jhanvi I remember captioning her photo as Fashion Icon for some random photo shoot of hers😆
