Yami was really good in Vicky donor

in some some of kaabil she was brilliant too

she is more natural i feel

Sonam showed with Neerja and Raanjhanaa that she can act. Yami was best in Vicky Donor. It's tough coz Yami has acted well in all her films and looks like a natural actress but she hasn't given a great performance. Sonam was really bad in some of her films but she has given two great performances. I'll go with Sonam as she has grown as an actress. Yami can prove herself with Sarkaar 3.

Yami has no screen presence imo and her acting isn't impressing.

The kind of success and appreciation Yami got for VD, If not nepotism she would have been a big star by now . She has not got a full fledged role ever since that VD . Sonam is very good with expressions but I hate her voice , it seems she is acting , Yami is subtle and natural

I don't agree , she has more screen presence than many out there , if she is in frame you can not take your eyes out from her

I respect your opinion but I'll add my two cents since the voice thing is a recuring comment.

How can Sonam change her voice ? It's her voice... Even Justin Timberlake couldn't change his when he tried his hand at cinema and he's a singer...

In 10 years Sonam could not learn voice modulation even after having so much resources , If she works on it , She will be a more accomplished actor , I love her I am not a hater ..I even loved her in Mausam , she emotes really well with expressions
