Will Phillauri cross BV lifetime?

Phillauri had similar collections on Tuesday as Monday with collections in Maharashtra being better due to a holiday for Gudi Padwa. This does not really change the scenario for the film as these collections will come down tomorrow and on top North is now running at low occupancy. The film will just about get over the 20 crore nett mark for the week but the poor trend means limited second week collections. The film was depending on a good theatrical run as revenue from other sources will be very limited but now a decent theatrical run looks impossible. The business of Phillauri over the first five days is as follows.

Saturday - 4,75,00,000

Sunday - 5,50,00,000

Monday - 1,75,00,000

Tuesday - 1,75,00,000

TOTAL - 17,50,00,000

The film has done business of 4.40 crore nett apprx in East Punjab in five days and this is the highest collection in any circuit but still at best it will be just an Average fare even in East Punjab.
