I think the dress itself just is horrible in general. She doesn't really rock it from the front either and neither from the side. The awkward breast makes it even weirder. I'm all for wearing w.e. you want but this doesn't even make her look good so IDK why she wore it but then again its up to her.
I think overall if you an carry it well and look classy and good doing so, its ok, she unfortunately can't. Some of the other examples you have provided also aren't carrying it off as well either.

Sonam wearing anything that's her freedom

People liking it or disliking the dress or look or sonam that's their freedom

But people saying she shouldn't or can't wear that is not FOE, that's dictatorship

If I don't like it I won't wear it. But who the hell am i to forbade her?

But nobody forbid it, right?

All the comments against her dress have been, what ugly dress and why she picked such ugly dress and why such ugly cuts to the dress which ended being even more ugly by showing ugly side boob.

Who told her "dont wear this dress"? Nobody.

Actually I m more offended on how woman are forced to cover from head to toe. Why? So men dont get "tempted" to do something inappropriate to you!🤢

Why? I am no Sonam fan or Disha's but I will stand by whoever wants to wear whatever! Its their choice! Also the woman covered if wants to go for it! and those feel comfortable about their body and wants to wear revealing clothes, go for it Too! This is their freedom of expression.

And no its not right to oogle a woman, period. Dressed covered or not.

LMAO at the hypocrisy. You just needed to spew islamophobic comments, you don't stand by anyone's rights. If you did you wouldn't have been "offended" by women covering up.

Honey if someone has a right to bear it all then i have the right to ogle at her for hours if i want. Any item on display will be gawked at. Don't put it on display if you don't want to be stared and leered at and if you do then don't complain about it. Simple.

Please. Who are you kidding? You don't need to write Burkah or Islam when you say things like "woman are forced to cover from head to toe" . No one is THAT stupid.

And did i label you as islamophobic? i said your comments were islamophobic, but hey if the shoe fits then wear it by all means please. And yes do report me cuz i already reported your post.

All this uproar is hilarious. Watch how one of the more popular and well liked actresses do the same and half this forum will fawn over them for being *so* fashionable

"Indians" don't "need" to do or change anything..this statement is as foolish as all of those claiming the culture is ruined by "westernizing".

You just hurl labels because you cant accept that what you wrote in your previous post is disgusting. Your labeling will not scare me away or make me one. Its such kind of mentality of men that women are still not having the freedom on what they like to wear! as per your words women with such clothes are on "display"🤢

Why dont you mind your mind, instead of minding woman's clothes. All the woman with short dresses are not for display. Unbelievable!
