I honestly don't understand why people continue harping on about nepotism in BW all the time, as if it is exclusive to BW. It's there in pretty much most of the professions out there. At least according to my own personal experience or I maybe delusional. 😕

Yes. People that are well connected or hail from an illustrious lineage do have an undue advantage in the way that their career gets a kick-start & they get numerous opportunities despite films not working. But that's just life. And as I said, it's not exclusive to the film world. Those who have the drive & ambition will always succeed. How many star kids have actually made it to the top, anyway?

Alia along with being a star kid has all those qualities & hence she is successful. Being a star kid alone has not granted her any actual success.
