I don't think so , I saw both the films , Nothing extraordinary , Vidya or Alia were way more better .Last bengali film where I liked the performance of the female lead was Paoli's in "Natoker Moto".

Can swastika mukherjee (sahib biwi golam) or Rituparna (Praktan) beat Alia or Vidya to NA?

Watched Saheb, biwi and Golaam. Swastika was good but not amazing. Haven't seen other one.

Haven't seen a bad performance in a Hansal Mehta movie, so Simran is a safer bet IMO. She'll have to be exceptional to justify 3 back to back NAs though, so that's working against her. Think it might go regional this year.

1. It was a joke. Hopefully even Kangu isn't crazy enough to spend 10 cr on an award real stars don't care for - which may be why they don't bother to buy them. (Have you heard the rapid fire rounds where movie stars are asked "NA or Box office", and "NA or Filmfare" if you haven't SPOILER they don't answer NA).

2. I don't hate Kangana. I feel more pity for her than anything. Unlike many of her "fans", I genuinely want what's best for her which is not imploding her career for the medias TRPs and the audiences entertainment.

3. Why exactly did Saif Ali Khan win that year? Please everything in India is for sale/exchange if you have the right amount/thing and know the right person.

but from the reviews it seems like shahid got more praise then her. i read a members review and they said they needed subtitles for her scenes coZ they could not understand her lol.
