The announcement was made and the project became hot property. There were a few corporate houses that wanted to be a part of this film and one of them came on board. An official announcement was also made. However, the corporate house soon walked out of the project as the budget was too high and they felt it was not viable.

The project was kept on the back burner for a few weeks before the project was revived with a new budget. Again, there were a few corporate houses that were keen to come on board. But, again, they felt the film was too expensive and they wouldn't be able to recover their investment.
