Also, this is so so so random and I apologize for that. But I remember a while ago (it may have been a long while ago LOL), someone mentioned some tv show recs. And I wanna pipe in w/ a really underrated show: Schitts Creek! It's not super ground-breaking or anything (well aside from a few things) but the acting is TOP NOTCH. It's so hard to not binge it LOL.

LL: No I liked her performance actually but that accent wasn't helping at all. Though Indid watch it twice & the 2nd time arousj was when I enjoyed it most. You put it really well with the, modern vs period piece acting because the 2nd time around is when I saw exactly this-- And that's b/c of the body language. PC has this sexy modern lacchak (lack of a better word) in her BL though in places you could see she was trying to rectify that. But DP had the BL of a period movie which is why her performance looked like it was more from that era-- She's a bad dancer though & was super stiff. So her DD + dancing is what put me off her Mastani, she was really good at the action & will make a good action heroine but PC's Kaashi stole my heart b/c she was excellent excellent as Kaashi! And this from someone who trolls both her & her soulmate (LOL) in period movies! She made me eat my words with her Kaashi.

Seconding what MEB said, it was deff more positive. I actually don't remember seeing too many negative posts or fights (although there deff were some, but I don't think they ever went to bullying level like in some forums today). It was just people getting together to mush over things/ discuss them.

I remember I almost lost my shit when IF got updated with the whole red background 😆 I was like W*FFF is this!!?1 (have never done too well with change LOL).

When I joined, I was quite clueless to most of the things. But extensive fangirling was at its peak then..Geet & DMG being the prime reasons 😆 I was pretty taken aback. Never knew celebs themselves used to visit the sites. But yeah as MEB said, I think the intervention have PRs have ruined the place especially the TV ones!
