If i told you there are 2 reasons (and it's one of them for sure):

1) They want an absolutely clean window + May offers pan-india summer holidays (since it's primarily a kids & big budget disney film)

2) Very heavy on VFX which has fallen behind schedule due to some heavy-weight stuff.

Which one would you more likely believe?

IF its postponed theyll only know the reason for it. Cause those reasons you mentioned they (should have) calculated earlier before announcing the release date, the teaser or even planning to release the first song. Maybe its just a rumour but those wont be the reason for the postponement. As long as it gets release everything else shouldnt matter 😆
