I have always said this... a star brings people to the theaters for the weekend.. but it is the content that keep them coming during the weekdays.

I look at movies like PINK.. if salman, srk or Aamir would have been in it.. this movie would have been huge..

I only can 😆 at his statement, good story needs good actors, director & tight screen play to make it work. Aamir is a good actor who goes into the skin of the character, which I just can not imagine any other BW actor do.

VVC should understand his next movies 3idiots part-2 and PK-2 are going to have Aamir, he should not discredit and make Aamir look weak. yeah he wanted to say story is more important than the star, but there are better ways of saying it. Film world is all about keeping the hype alive. VVC should try and preserve the Aamir hype for his own good. Dutt might be a great movie, but if it fails to earn as much as PK or 3Idiots, problem usko hi hogi, it will make present like him and Hirani without Aamir are nothing. So he should keep the hype alive. Also if he is angry with Aamir for rejecting Dutt, I mean who in this sane mind would give the role of Sunil Dutt to Aamir, it is like giving Kalisto role of Khali. Height bhi toh dekni chahiye na.
