There is no comparison. SK looks grungy, he has lost all his charm. Bearded look doesn't suit him at all.

Yeah, I used to like Shahid a lot, he looked so cute in Vivah, loved his pairing with Amrita Rao, also in JWM I liked his acting more than Kareena, and also in Paathshala he was very good.

Kaminey was so-so, in Haider, Tabu and KayKay outshone him.

But now he looks scrawny, grungy, unkempt with that beard. Those muscles dont look nice on his lean frame.

and Shahid was atrocious in UP 🤢 itna overacting YIKES! even in Haider, he was pretty dull and stiff 😕
and the less I say about about Kaminey, the better 🥱

Yeah, he looks weird in that muscular look. How will he look against RS on screen? He'll look like a macchar in front of well built RS in Khilji look

Maybe Ranbir ranks a little higher because I cannot see Shahid do a movie like YJHD, Ranbir has that ease in everything he steps into.

But Shahid is good too, but not like Ranbir 😛 ..some roles do not come easy to Shahid, while he may be outstanding in some kinda roles... Biru is simply FLUID, molds into any character, that too with ease/grace.

So, it's BIRU

Very very difficult!!!! I would say Shahid, he experiments more & has greater range, I think RK is very scared right now because he can very easily be at the same level too.
