nope.he will always remain a decent actor n star bt never
a superstar megastar..new gen has little or no interest in him..

I'd say he's a late bloomer.

I'm not sure about stardom as in sensational mass fan-following, but he is one of the FINEST actors today in BW, and I think he will recieve lots of appreciation for his acting and it might only increase(the appreciation) as he ages provided he continues to take up movies that showcase his acting skill(which I think he has been doing with Mausam, Haider, UP, now even Rangoon/Paddu - atleast I hope)..
