I saw the pic on quora (I know disgusting) and it was clearly morphed. If she indeed had malfunction she wudnt have been strutting so cooly with a smile on her lips.

I don't like the fact that celebs wear clothes that bring attention to a particular part of their body just for the sake of attention. It's not that I don't like them wearing skimpy clothes but they should carry them off well without flaunting their assets.
